George Krotonsky, CEO/President
George Krotonsky has over 17 years of experience
in restaurant and franchise industries, and is currently the CEO of Wild Noodles®.
He spent over six years with Brinker International, a company with over 1,400
restaurants worldwide, and over $3,000,000,000 in annual revenues. He spent
five years with Brinker-owned Cozymels Coastal Mexican Grill, becoming
the youngest general manager in the concepts history. During his tenure
he operated several multi-million dollar restaurants and won numerous awards
for leadership and operating results, including Operator of the Year. After
leaving Brinker, George became Director of Operations for a Virginia-based
restaurant chain and then Vice President of a prominent franchise development
company. He has extensive experience in restaurant operations, training, menu
and recipe development, financial budgeting, facility design, restaurant layouts
and workflow designs.

Jeff Levy, COO
Jeff has been in senior operations management positions for over 20 years. He served as a Regional Manager for both Brinker International and Advantica Restaurant Groups. His responsibilities include Jeff has been in senior operations management positions for over 11 years. He served as a Regional Manager for both Brinker International and Advantica Restaurant Groups. His responsibilities included development and implementation of hourly and management training programs and manuals, organizational structure design, operations manuals and food/labor training guides. He joined Global Restaurant Development as the Vice President of Operations in October of 2003. At Global his responsibilities included strategic planning, brand positioning and research and development for the company food service concepts. He was promoted to Chief Operations Officer in January of 2005. Jeff is an avid golfer, mountain biker, and hiker. Jeff attended college in Arizona as a psychology and theology major.

JB McDougall, Vice President of Operations
JB McDougall has over 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry.
He began his career with Brinker International at Chili's Bar and Grill
were he participated in several new store openings as a trainer and a manager.
He then moved to a Brinker start up concept Cozymel's, where he was promoted
to General Manager and opened several more locations nationwide. JB then
was on the initial team for Brinker's next venture Big Bowl where he was
a General Manager and Area Director. JB has an extensive background in manager
and employee training, team building, financial management and guest service,
as well as manual writing and systems development and implementation, as
his restaurants were always training store for each respective concept.
During his management tenure, JB has been awarded "Operator of the Year",
"Highest Yearly Managers Operating Profit" and "Highest YTD Concept Sales
Volume" honors. JB holds a BA in Business Administration from the University
of Texas.

Matthew Cooley - Training
Matt is an extremely talented individual who has a true passion for the
restaurant business. He started his career with IHOP International, and
has held training positions with Texas Roadhouse, El Paso BBQ and the Fox
and Hound. He joined the Wild Noodles team in early 2007 and has quickly
become a critical piece to the success of the Training and Operations department.
Matthew attended Central Arizona College on a baseball scholarship and received
his degree in Physical Therapy.

Sarah Robertson - Marketing
Sarah brings a dynamic flare and exuberance to Wild Noodles. Sarah joined
the Wild Noodles team in the capacity of Marketing Coordinator and has been
instrumental in using current technologies with grass roots marketing to
ensure Wild Noodles maintains market share and positive year over year growth.
She graduated as an honor student at ASU and is an active member in Kappa
Delta Pi.
